Life Relaxation Exercise



You are bent over at your desk (slouch forward), studying very hard.  Your neck hurts, so you stretch and yawn.  Oh, look! Outside your window, the sky is cloudy (draw clouds in the sky).  Rain is falling (imitate the rain with your hands). The wind is blowing (imitate the wind).  You decide to go for a walk in the rain and pull on your yellow rain boots.  You walk outside and, SPLASH!, jump in a puddle.  Water flies everywhere (illustrate with your hands). Oh, no (calling)!!  You forgot your yellow rain boot had a hole in it.  You bend down to take it off.  But you stop and think, “Why bother? I am all wet anyway.” So you stand up and continue on your walk.
