Life-Relaxation Exercise 1

You just woke up from a nice nap on a clear and warm day at the beach. You stand up, stretch your arms, and let out a sigh. You look around and notice that the beach is sparsely populated. You stand on the shore and watch the gentle waves roll (imitate waves with arms). You look down and see a beautiful seashell and bend down to pick it up. Just as you are about to pick it up, a hermit crab emerges from the shell and scurries away. Instead of continuing your hunt, you decide to go for a quick swim, but find the water to be much too cold and quickly make your way on to the beach. You notice that the lifeguards have just gone off duty. You choose to climb to the top of a nearby lifeguard chair. When you reach the top, you notice that the sun (form large circle with arms) is about to set. You stand on the chair and let out a sigh as you watch the sun set.
